Sand,

We know you are renting one of our condos because... they are on a lovely stretch of BEACH.

However, trust us when we tell you...  your family/friends will be much more comfortable leaving the sand on the beach rather than traipsing it back to your condo.

We can't imagine anything more unpleasant than sand  in our bed - yet our cleaning people sometimes report this to the owners. 

Also, getting sand on the tile in the unit just makes it uncomfortable and unpleasant when walking into bare feet.

THEREFORE, PLEASE RINSE SAND OFF OF EVERYTHING BEFORE HEADING TO THE CONDO.
