• Cocoa Beach sea temperatures peak in the range 28 to 30°C (82 to 86°F) on around the 26th of July and are at their minimum on about the 10th of February, in the range 20 to 23°C (68 to 73°F). Year round warm sea temperatures at Cocoa Beach climb to their highest in the fourth week of July.  (According to Surf-forecast.com)

• Stacy pulled up Weather.com.  The forecast showed every day of our trip (to Cocoa Beach) to be 100% rain.  She said, it's going to rain all week, she said, let's not go.  Dave said, it's Florida, there is always 100% chance of rain.  We went to Cocoa Beach and the weather was perfect.  Moral of story, don't believe the weather forecast - especially in Florida!

The seasons in Cocoa Beach,  according the owners:

• Winter:  Can get quite cool (for short periods of time) but average is 70 to 75 during the day
• Spring: Beautiful
• Summer:  Of course it is hot in Florida in during the summer.  However, our condo's are all right on the Atlantic Ocean, and while there feels a solid 10 to 15 degrees cooler than inland. 
• Fall: Beautiful
