Sandcastles:
Built in 1983, Sandcastles is perhaps the nicest mixed use condo complex (long term tenants and vacationers) on the Space Coast.
- Direct beach access via walkway over dune.
- There are no roads to cross.
- Heated community pool
- No guarantee for temp (last check it was 82 degrees)
Close and easy surface parking. As you can see this complex also has tennis / pickle ball courts...
Note: There is a shared grill - but it is difficult to access (no grills allowed on balconies)
