OUR ONE RULE!
Ok, our one rule used to be: If there is something that would prevent a 5 star review it means that you need to be communicating with the Guest Manager or owners.
It's not about the review - it is about making sure we can address what is wrong. The hot water heater might have gone out, the A/C not working, etc... So, "help us help you". Communicate with one of us when something is not quite right! The sooner the better!
However, we have other rules ;-)

- No animals. This means no Emotional Support Animals or Service Animals. This is a vacation rental, not a hotel or necessary lodging. You have other choices where animals are permitted. The owners have extreme allergies and provide a dander free vacation rentals. Any questions - please contact us...
- No early check-in or late check-out: unless in writing.
- No Smoking in the unit. We even prefer if you don't smoke on the balconies
- 2 guests max per bedroom.
- No horsing around in public areas. This means kids can't throw balls in or by the pool area, yell, run, etc...
- Parents: don't let your kids misbehave.
- No beach umbrellas are provided by the owners. Instead we provide something way better! A Shibumi-shade. They provide better shade and do not provide a liability risk of flying down the beach and spearing some person.
