RATES & DATES

Below is our calendar.  However, oftentimes we have dates blocked off for returning guests or people who booking direct.

Rates: Range from $179 to $799 per night, depending on the property, length of stay, time of year, how your dates work with our calendar, etc... Therefore, use the contact form to ask about your specific stay!  Just click HERE!

Cleaning Fees: $149 for two bedrooms and $189 for three bedroom units

NOTE ABOUT CLEANING: We pride ourselves on keeping our condo's SUPER clean.  We wash ALL linens, including coverlets, throws, towels, bath mats - and often - door mats!  Other vacation owners in the area think we go way overboard - by Stacy is a real germaphobe!  

Lodging Tax: (State, County, City): 12%

Note about Named Storms - otherwise called hurricanes!  If there is storm in our path - we will advise and refund your money.  No trip insurance required.  Other questions about this - please just contact us!  

Other Cancellation Options:

Option 1:
Buy our Insurance:
"Cancel for any reason up to check-in time" for a full refund.
Cost is $45  (this is a real deal - not fake news!)

Option 2:
By your own trip-insurance from a large insurance company like Travelers, Allianz, etc..  It's usually around 7% 

Option 3:
Cancel up to 15 days before arrival - full refund.
Cancel 7 to 14 days and receive half back
Cancel after the 7th day and no refund
UNLESS WE RE-BOOK THE UNIT.  AT WHICH POINT WE WOULD REFUND ALL YOUR MONEY.

Note:  Even if you buy our "Cancel for any reason up to check-in time", it is not OK to book one of our condos thinking you might cancel.  We are not a hotel with lots of availability.  This is to be used in case of an emergency - like somebody in your family tested positive for Covid.
