When you stay with us you won't have to worry about buying your own paper products, basic cooking items, beach gear, etc...
We provide the following! However, if you don't see something you would expect in a "luxury" vacation condo - please ask. We may have simply forgotten to list it!

We provide the following! However, if you don't see something you would expect in a "luxury" vacation condo - please ask. We may have simply forgotten to list it!
- Beach Gear: Towels, chairs, Shibumi Sunshade, backpack cooler, boogie boards, misc frisbees/balls, etc...)
- Paper Products: Plenty of paper towels & toilet paper (we also have bidet toilet seats on all commodes)
- All fresh bedding: All fresh linens (included freshly laundered coverlets) and super comfortable mattresses:
- Super comfortable patio furniture: We take pride in our super comfortable sling patio furniture which we have to get fixed periodicity.
- Personal Hygiene: Hair-dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste & toothpaste, razor (Note: The shampoo, body wash and conditioner are all fragrance-free. However, we had one guest complain lately that her hair was frizzy after use. The point is, if you need specialty products, feel free to bring them).
- Kitchen: New sponge, Pots, pans, baking dishes, baking sheets, chef knives
- Wine Accouterments: Decent glasses, wine opener, wine charms, etc…
- Cooking: Spices, oil, salt, pepper
- Coffee: Coffee grinder, both “drip” and Keurig, a decent supply of each type of coffee, creamers, sweeteners, etc...
- Laundry: In-unit High-efficiency Washer/Dryer & Free & Clear laundry detergent
- Kitchen Appliances: fridge, double oven, dishwasher, microwave
- Infant / Toddler Supplies: Pack 'n play (w/linens) high chair, portable baby bathtub (since we only have walk-in showers), baby monitors
- TV's: Smart TV's with cable programming. Log into your favorite apps. (living room and bedrooms)
- Music: Portable Bluetooth speaker
- Charging station: for iPhone and Androids
- Games: Blank slate (one of our faves, cards, misc…)
- PRIVATE FREE WiFi: Login instructions in the unit
