Our condos are located in the heart of the "Space Coast" (red pin on the East coast of FL). Remember I Dream of Genie? Yes - that was shot here :-)
Orlando, Disney, Airport:
An easy 50 minute drive.
Downtown Cocoa Beach: Our condos are at the north end of "Downtown Cocoa Beach". The downtown area is a funky but continually evolving combination of restaurants, cafe's, art / gift stores - and lots of live music!
Port Canaveral, AKA: The Cruise Port: We are a 10 minute drive from Port Canaveral, where all the cruise ships dock. In fact, the port has a great system for hailing Uber and Lyft - which are there waiting as you step off the ship! Cost ~ $10.
Cocoa Beach Pier: An easy 2 mile walk up the beach - or a 5 minute car ride.
Groceries: A brand new Publix grocery store is an EASY 5 minutes drive.
