Check-in is at 4 PM. It is highly unlikely that the unit will be ready for you to check in before 4 PM. We usually have guests checking out the same day as others are checking in. Our cleaners need ample time to prepare the unit appropriately for you. If the unit will be ready earlier we will let you know. *

If you are flying in, what time does your plane land and what airport? Note: We highly recommend only carry on bags. This will help avoid any delays at the airport. This information helps us optimize scheduling. *

Check-out is 10 AM. If we are able to facilitate a later check-out we will let you know well in advance. However, for planning purposes please plan on 10 AM. (Note: We may not know until you have checked into the unit.) *

The primary bedroom has a KING bed. The secondary bedroom has two TWIN XL beds. At your request, we will convert them into a KING bed. Please let us know if you will be using that room and what configuration you want (our cleaners charge us for this service, so please be specific). *

In the unlikely event the elevator(s) goes out - will anybody in your group not be able to manage the stairs (up to four stories at Spanish Main and seven stories at Sandcastles). *
