A few days before arrival:
Hi! This is Vicky in Cocoa Beach. I have you checking in on __________ at ___________ If this has changed please let me know. The front door code will be the last four digits of your cell phone. It will activate at the check in time. Lastly, please remember that the the address of the unit is 5 Sunflower St. Unit ______ Your phone GPS will get you there. HOWEVER, please look at www.LuxuryInCocoaBeach.com/directions so you will know where to park, where the elevator is in relation to the condo's. Please note: there are luggage carts under the stairwell near the elevator.
Day of arrival:
Hi, I have you checking in later today at __________. Please let me know if that time frame is still accurate.
After response has has been received: Thank you! Lastly, please text me upon your arrival just to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Also, please remember there is a an elevator with luggage carts! If you need a refresher on where it is please visit www.LuxuryInCocoaBeach.com/directions.
