Comparing Sandcasltes and Spanish Main
These are two great condo complexes on Cocoa Beach which is the heart of the Space Coast. Sandcastles is a little newer as it was built in 1983 while Spanish Main was built in 1973. Both were built before modern set-back regulations so you simply can't get closer to the beach!
We are fortunate to own all direct ocean-front units. Therefore, they all have unobstructed ocean views, providing great viewing from dawn til dusk. Being just a 1/3 of a mile apart, each complex also enjoys an uncrowded beach.
All units also have all the conveniences you would expect in your home (washer dryer, fully outfitted kitchens, etc.... They are both an easy walk to the beach with no road to cross. Below I will talk about some of the differences.
