Packing tips:
ALMOST EVERYBODY packs way more than they need. The owners even do it! No need to worry about it. However, if you keep your packing to a airplane "CARRY-ON" and large purse or backpack - it won't get too out of control ;-) We recommend this if you are coming for a few days or few weeks. Cocoa Beach is a laid back beach town. We always joke, pack what you want and then take 1/2 out! Shorts, golf shirt and flip flops are standard guys attire. Girls, you can leave the high heels at home ;-)

...OH - AND GO EASY ON THE GROCERIES. OUR CLEANING STAFF LOVE OUR GUESTS BECAUSE THEY OFTEN LEAVE A TON OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE BEHIND. THE GROCERY / LIQUOR STORES ARE VERY CLOSE BY. WE RECOMMEND GOING AN EXTRA TIME OR TWO INSTEAD OF TRYING TO NAIL IT ALL IN ONE TRIP. NO HARM IN GOING EVERY DAY. THE STORES ARE THAT CLOSE!

- Summer Weather: Yes, it gets hot in the summer in Florida. However, you will be staying on the ocean which provides for much cooler weather - than even a quarter mile inland. So, If you are cold natured, you may opt to bring a light jacket for sitting out on the balcony.
- Winter Weather: For sure, Florida is a respite from the cold. However, cold snaps can happen. So, long pants and a jacket, etc... are encouraged in the winter.
PACK LIGHT!
- There is a washer dryer - in each of our condo's. Do a load - or two - every day!
- We provide a LOT OF STUFF! HAIR DRYERS, UMBRELLAS, ELECTRONIC CHARGING, beach stuff, quality bluetooth speaker, etc...
- If you forget something, it's a good reason to go buy some new "stuff"!
- Cocoa beach is super-duper casual, so no need to bring "fancy" clothes. Flip flops are all the rage.
- Look at the weather before packing. Don't get concerned if the forecast has thunderclouds. It's Florida, there is always 100% chance of a rain shower!
