Think of our Guest Services Manager as the front desk in a hotel. If you had an issue or question you would call down to the front desk and talk to somebody, right?
Do the same here, please. If something is not quite right (the TV is not working, there is noise from another unit, you don't have a working beach umbrella or boogie board - contact Vicki or the owner.
Our goal is to provide the best experience possible. The fact is, however, we are not a hotel with lots of staff - so our guests have to be a little more pro-active.

FYI - It's not about the review. Not being able to provide a 5 star review is simply an easy way for our guests to know to call somebody :-)
